The Shipping Policy illustrates about the mode of shipping methods and the different ways we handle a number of probable circumstances that might happen in-between the whole procedure.
There are two modes of transmitting the package – Airmail and FedEx Shipping. The Airmail is the basic and default one which is cheaper and slower as compared to the FedEx Shipping. It takes about 3 to 5 days for the packages' delivery. The FedEx Shipping, on the other hand, is costly and takes around 2 to 3 days to reach your doorstep. We only transmit the orders on working days and not on public holidays and weekends. Those who have done the order on offs would be served the next business day with the further procedures.
We request you to go through your country's individual import policies so as to know whether the import is allowed, tax or import duty collections at the time of delivery, and so on. Your local post office may collect some amount which is not included in our shipping charges. This is because our shipping cost is limited to carrying your ordered parcel from our warehouse to your country or state.
Please make sure that whichever postal address you mention, there is always someone to pick your package. If by chance you miss collecting it, you will have to show up at the post office. If you don't go there they re-transmit the same parcel back to us, considering it as lost. They may ask you to pay some amount for keeping the parcel for few days or other import charges. If you refuse paying such things and they do not let you take back your package due to this reason, only you will be held answerable.
There are a few circumstances that would be beyond our control if one of these ever happen, despite of them being so rare to occur. Such incidences are earthquake, flood, bomb explosion, terrorist activities, wars, fire, riots, etc. We do wait for quite a while and proceed when such situations subside, else we return the money back.
Because of the ongoing COVID-19 circumstance, There may be a lag with your orders and shipments in transition.
You may freely contact us anytime to gather more details or to ask any queries.
